I had the pleasure of buying a used car from Simon earlier this year. The first thing I loved was the youtube video presentation that was covering all the aspects I was interested in when looking for a car. The car itself matched all criteria I had and this made my decision very easy. I travelled about 2 h to get the car in my part exchange car which had been valued by Simon after a quick exchange of messages with photos/details.
The car didn’t dissapoint when seen and driven, so the deal was closed and sealed, including the part exchange, warranty and temp insurance within an hour.
Simon is passionate about (certain) cars and he sells cars that he likes and trusts himself. I also appreciated that he does not push , pressure, negotiate or use other sales specific techniques other than the one that works for me: straight talking.
