When we arrived to test drive, no heavy sales pressure, just pleasant conversation about the car and its history.

Very pleased with the BMW X3 recently purchased from Simon. This model was precisely the one I had been looking for and is in very nice condition. Simon was very laid back when we arrived to test drive, no heavy sales pressure, just pleasant conversation about the car and its history. Off we went for the test drive, on our own, which is so much better to allow a good assessment of the car. Alarmingly a warning light came on during the test drive, so Simon arranged for the car to be looked at by the local Independent BMW garage, who promptly fixed the problem. It had its MOT at the same time and 3 new tyres, all handled brilliantly by Simon for us.
